What Happens Now?

The support representative will guide you through starting the session...

  1. Enter Session Number and click Connect
  2. Click Launch Application if prompted by your browser
  3. Click to Approve the Session

    Note: Some visual enhancements may be temporarily disabled during the session for improved performance, these settings will automatically revert when the session is closed.

    You're in control...

    You will remain in control of your computer and can choose to 'Stop Screen Sharing' or 'End Session' at any time.
