Arrange a Repair
We provide one of the fastest repair turnaround times in the industry. We offer a 2 working day repair service for all Professional products and a 5 working day repair service for all standard business range products.
Warranty Repairs
Olympus products are exceptionally reliable. We advise contacting us first to establish the fault. Often problems can be resolved with a software update or adjustment of the settings you use.
Out of Warranty Repairs
We offer a very competitive repair service to older products. For detailed prices, please see our Repair Costs.

Accessories such as headsets, batteries and USB leads are considered non-serviceable items and cannot be repaired. Replacement components available upon request. Any product(s) returned for a repair that are then later rejected by the customer will incur a cost of £12.50 + VAT to be returned un-repaired.
Arranging a repair

Dealer Repair Form (on behalf of end user)
Carefully package the faulty item(s). We recommend plenty of packaging, ideally within a box to prevent physical damage in transit. Please ensure you return the following items:
- The faulty product
- Completed repair form
- Proof of purchase / copy of invoice (if applicable)
- Payment (if applicable)
Return product(s) to the address found on the repair form. To avoid damage in transit we ask you to ensure the equipment is carefully packaged. We are unable to accept liability for articles that arrive in a damaged condition due to poor or inadequate packing. We also recommend you take out relevant insurance against loss/damage to your consignment.
Payments
Before any work is actioned, we will require payment for out of warranty products. For account holders, we require a purchase order. For non-account holders, we accept a variety of payment methods. Please see our Payment Methods.

What is not covered by warranty
- Accidental damage
- Damage sustained by misuse
- Consumables outside their own warranty (e.g. Batteries, Headsets etc).
- Lost / forgotten Passwords*
- Lost / forgotten PIN's*
- Lost License Keys
- Data Recovery of lost or damaged audio files.
- Software Support
*The unlocking of devices due to lost / forgotten security credentials (passwords / PIN) will required a Device Factory Reset (DFR). This service is not covered by manufacturer warranty and is charged at a standard rate of £25 + VAT.
