Accessories such as headsets, batteries and USB leads are considered non-serviceable items and in most cases, cannot be repaired. We are however, able to supply replacement components upon request.
Any product(s) returned for a repair that are then later rejected by the customer will incur a cost of £15 (£12.50 + VAT) to be returned unrepaired.
