Finished files do not move to Finished folder
By default, finished transcription files will not move to the finished folder automatically. This is part of the ownership attribute so the author has complete control over dictation the author has made. If you wish to move files to the Finished folder automatically, please complete the following steps.
- Open the Transcription Module.
- Choose Tools and Options.
- Select he Workflow Tab at the top of the options menu.
- Select Auto Collection from the Workflow Menu.
- Tick the Auto collection box to enable finished documents to be moved to the finished folder.
- Select OK to confirm and exit.
Finished.
