Adding a Group to the SCP
- Open the SCP
- Select Author or Transcriptionist depending on the nature of the group you wish to add.
- Click on 'New Group'
- Enter the Group Name. Click on Apply > OK.
- Your newly created group will now appear under the Authors or Transcriptionists category.

Adding a user to a group in the SCP
- Open the SCP
- Select the user that you wish to add to a group.
- Right click on the user and choose 'Move to Group'
- Select the Group that you wish to move the user to.
- Click OK.
Finished.
Removing a User/Group from the SCP
- Open the SCP
- Select the user or group you wish to remove.
- Right click on the item.
- Choose Delete.
- Choose 'Yes' when asked if you are sure.
Finished.
