Important news relating to repair price structures effective in September 2011...
Due to the increasing costs in shipping and manufacturing on almost all electronics components. It is with regret that we must inform you that there will be a number of increases to repair prices effective 1st September 2011.
The price change will affect all handheld mobile units (DS-4000 / DS-5000 range) Along with this, the cost for returning an out of warranty device unrepaired will be increased to £12.50 + VAT.
BES are still committed to providing the most professional, efficient, and accurate repair service in the dictation industry, please note that all repairs will still be carried out with a 12 month warranty* and a turnaround time of two working days.

*12-month warranty does not apply when a refurbished product is supplied to replace an obsolete products or one that is beyond economical repair. Warranty details will be provided upon quotation for service replacement unit.
