Dragon Naturally Speaking 11. Now available from Nuance

Nuance have recently announced their latest Voice Recognition suite, Dragon Naturally Speaking 11. The latest version of software is said to be even more accurate and efficient. It is also fully Windows 7 compatible.

We are pleased to say that all of Olympus' current recording devices are supported on DNS11 with a very respectable score of 3 dragons for audio quality.

Functionality added to DS-5000: Disable SD Card Slot

We are pleased to announce that the latest version of firmware for the DS-5000 includes the ability to disable the SD Card slot. This is in response to a number of requests from users who are having issues with Mapped network drives conflicting with the 2 memory slots of the DS-5000. Although this is a known issue with the Windows Operating System, the latest firmware update for the DS-5000 will permanently resolve the issue.
