We have received a number of reports relating to Sophos Endpoint Security software causing an issue with DSS Player Pro Release 5 and ODMS. So far we understand this is affecting a number of other applications too. We recommend you contact your IT department and request they view the information from Sophos

DSS Player for Mac supports the latest OS X Mountain Lion from Apple. DSS Player for Mac 7.3 was tested in OS X 10.8.0 - 10.8.2 with no known issues.

Version 1.03 optimises the microphone characteristics for Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking, speech recognition software.

Software support for the DS-4000 and AS-4000 products will cease on the 30th April 2012. From this date no further support will be offered for DSS Player Pro Release 4.

The International Voice Association (IVA) have announced that the Digital Speech Standard audio format, is now fully supported in Nuance’s Dragon NaturallySpeaking speech recognition software without prior conversion to another voice file format.

Version 1.020 Firmware is now available from our downloads section. The new version improves performance when using Dragon Naturally Speaking in a Windows 7 environment.
