Olympus offer a technical consultation to ascertain environmental compatibility, system requirements, specific features and assurance of system performance for today and tomorrow. Olympus offer two consultation options.
Free Remote Technical Consultation
For customers who already have a good, clear idea of what they need from a dictation system.
On-site Consultation
For clients who are planning a larger more complex system deployment, maybe with multiple geographic sites or remote workers, Olympus recommend an on-site consultation where your project managers and IT staff can plan a cost effective solution with an experienced Olympus systems planner.

What does it cost?

*Free consultation of up to one hour. Any additional remote consultation time required is charged at £99 per hour.
**On-site consultation fee subject to geographical location.

What is not included?
- Accidental damage
- Lost / stolen product
- Consumables (Consumable outside their own warranty (e.g. Batteries, Headsets etc)).
- Lost / forgotten Passwords / PIN's and License Keys
- The unlocking of devices due to lost / forgotten security credentials (passwords / PIN) will required a Device Factory Reset (DFR). This service is not covered by manufacturer warranty and is charged at a standard rate of £25 + VAT.
- Data Recovery of lost damaged audio files.
