Platinum Support Assurance covers all support incidents for hardware and software diagnosis, troubleshooting and issue isolation for Olympus professional products. Charged on a rolling annual basis, this Platinum Support Assurance package features:

 

 

Full UK based telephone and e-mail support with case management

Remote assistance technologies

Hardware support included

Subscription to technical news feed

Status call from an engineer ensuring system health every 2 months

Automatic notification of software updates and access to pre-release versions

Disaster recovery assistance

Migration assistance

Direct manufacturer support

 

 

Platinum Support Assurance covers an unlimited number of support incidents for hardware and software diagnosis, troubleshooting and issue isolation for Olympus professional products. PSA is charged per user on an annual basis.

Cover for just £4.17 / user / month

 

Prerequisites

Clients must have completed the following steps to qualify for ongoing annual support

  • Technical Consultation and/or installation performed by Olympus
  • Full Technical Evaluation
  • No existing issues (refer to SLA for details)
  • Olympus Volume License

What's included?

What is not included?

  • Accidental damage
  • Lost / stolen product
  • Consumables (Consumable outside their own warranty (e.g. Batteries, Headsets etc)).
  • Lost / forgotten Passwords / PIN's and License Keys
  • The unlocking of devices due to lost / forgotten security credentials (passwords / PIN) will required a Device Factory Reset (DFR). This service is not covered by manufacturer warranty and is charged at a standard rate of £25 + VAT.
  • Data Recovery of lost damaged audio files.
  • Onsite assistance

What does it cost?

  • £50 / user / annum + VAT
