Olympus recommend participation in at least one of our training programs ensuring users and administrators are all fully aware of the features available within the system. The end to end training service ensures you leverage the maximum return from the systems capabilities, resulting in a highly efficient workflow and substantial cost saving productivity.

- Feature Overview: For users already familiar with a previous release of Olympus software, we are able to offer individual users with a one hour feature overview. This is ideal if you are migrating from DSS Player Pro Release 4 or upgrading from DSS Player Standard.

- Off-site 1 day training at our fully equipped Technical Suite
- On-site training at your premises
- Remote Session
Prerequisites
Delegates of the IT Admin / Train the Trainer program should have a basic knowledge of
- Microsoft Windows Server platforms including
- User creation and management within Active Directory (AD)
- Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Organisational Units (OU)
Delegates of the User program(s) must have a basic knowledge of:
- Navigating Microsoft Windows
- Microsoft Office and E-mail applications
(Maximum of 6 delegates per session).

What is not included?
- Accidental damage
- Lost / stolen product
- Consumables (Consumable outside their own warranty (e.g. Batteries, Headsets etc)).
- Lost / forgotten Passwords / PIN's and License Keys
- The unlocking of devices due to lost / forgotten security credentials (passwords / PIN) will required a Device Factory Reset (DFR). This service is not covered by manufacturer warranty and is charged at a standard rate of £25 + VAT.
- Data Recovery of lost damaged audio files.
