Changes to Pro-Line Trade

Dear Valued Customer,

You may already be aware that Olympus plan to make changes to their business strategy that will become effective as of the 1^st of April 2010. We are writing to you to clarify the amendments and how they affect you.

As you know Olympus distribute product via two primary methods

Direct trading accounts
Distributors

Currently, many direct accounts purchase and supply consumer, business and professional product, distributors supply consumer and business. Professional product is supplied via ourselves at BES under the Pro-Line Trade name.

With Olympus we plan to amend the number of different sources from which you acquire product. Therefore after April 1^st, you will be able to obtain all Olympus audio products via any one of your preferred sources. JGBM and/or Midwich. This will allow BES to concentrate on what we do best - Support. As part of the changes we will be able to offer a faster, more efficient reaction time to second line technical support enquires. Included in our current offering are several new services:

Installation Service New
Providing complete installation/configuration service; with both on-site and remote installation options available. Both installation methods cater for every aspect of the installation including:
- Consultation
- Pilot
- Planning
- Deployment

Platinum Support Assurance New
Providing extended technical support to product outside the professional SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Training Program New
A range of professional courses hosted in our technical suite.
